GYm shoes
i found out from my foot doctor tonight that the best kind of sneakers are the gym are running sneakers. he also recommends new balance

I've been wearing New Balance sneakers for about 4 years now. I LOVE them. I've worn a lot of different brands of sneakers and I have to say NB are probably my favorite.

I love Asics for running...I have worn everything from Brooks, Mizuno, NB, and Asics rock.
Go to a running store and try on different sneakrs and have them watch your stride...they will tell you what is best for your feet!

I always by running shoes...occasionally an cross trainer if Ilike how they fit.
I love new balance and asics, but have been known to wear reebok too.

Gail I wear new balance running shoes they are great for your feet, I have a lot a problems with my feet and my dr always recommends them. My DH is on his feet all day and he wears new balance in case anyone wanted to know about my DH too
