Tummy Time...

How long does everyone put their twins on their stomach?

Do you have one mat or two?

Do you put the mat on the floor or bed?

I try and do at least 15 minutes twice a day. I put the mat on the floor. I have two mats, one big and one small, they both fit in the bigger mat. My girls hate it also, but they need to do it. Good luck!

I do it once in the morning, once in the evening about 10-15 minutes each. They scream and cry and sometimes they actually seem to enjoy it. I have 2 activity gyms and a big activity blanket that I LOVE. That accommodates both of them with plenty of room.

I do it twice a day for about 10-15 minutes, they dont mind it, but after the 15 minutes is up, they get cranky.
We have 1 mat.

After each of their feedings I try to put them flat on me for about 10 minutes and they lift their heads.

Then about two other times a day I put them in either the boppy - where the look at something I put in front of them, like the play gym or a light up toy, or I'll put them right on the activity mat - for about 10-15 mins.

For so long I was afraid to put them flat b/c of their acid reflux, that's why we use the boppy. Works well too because they can see more and they don't get so frustrated with it.

i try to do it about twice a day but usually only 5-10 mins.
