Free Scuba Diving
I am planning a trip in the fall to the Caribbean/Mexico and was wondering if anyone knew any resorts (besides sandals, couples and breezes) that offer free scuba diving? Thanks

I don't think it's free anywhere. 
You could do one of the dive resorts or a live aboard. Check the PADI website and BN for scuba magazines, they'll get you started.
