My husband saw her on the train on the way home from the city a couple of weeks ago. She is back in her home and likely waiting another year before her daughter comes home.  According to DH though, she's doing well otherwise.

We got together on New Year's. She's been really busy lately, working on the house. As far as I knwo everything is going well.
