Lipton Soup Mix Meatloaf
I want to make the Lipton soup mix meatloaf tonight. The recipe says to shape into a loaf and bake in a 9X13 roasting pan. Does anyone know if I can just put it all in a loaf pan and bake for the same amount of time?
I also wanted to put some ketchup on the top. Should I do that from the beginning or more toward the end?
It's my first meatloaf.

Re: Lipton Soup Mix Meatloaf
I think you can make a meatloaf into any shape you want. I use the lipton mix (the beefy onion one) and I actually make mini meatloaves and just put them in a baking dish. I've also made meat loaf muffins by baking them in muffin tins.
Keep in mind that there is ketchup in the recipe. I don't know how much ketchup you like with yur meatloaf, but I've never added any on top.

Thanks. I made it last night in the loaf pan & it came out great.
When you put it in the muffin tins how long do you cook it for?
