I think Rudy
Has another hot spot. This time on his paw he has a big red bump in between his toes (?) He keeps licking it and it look so raw off to the vet again

Bitter Apple....my dobie used to do that all the time and Bitter Apple is the only thing that worked. It may sting him a little, but he will definitely stop licking the spot.

I put bitter apple on before cause I only just noticed him doing it. So until I can get to the Vet I sprayed it

Aren't you in Florida??? 
My sister's dog gets hot spots very often - does Rudy have long hair? Clipping him may help - although I thought he had short hair...

I am in Florida but this post was from a few day's ago 
It didn't seem to bother him when I put the bitter apple on his paw.. He actually turned around and gave me kisses
