Is it just me or does fruit make you MORE hungry?
I need a snack when I get to work. So I had a fruit cup...and and somehow still hungry. what gives?

Fruit stinks - its usually a "dessert" for me. It in no way shape or form satisfies! Especially apples - they make me MORE hungry than I was before I eat them!

I actually feel full, especially eating watermelon, probably because of the water.

fruit doesnt fill me up. I keep eating and eating but it doesnt work. I think im defeating the purpose sometime sof eating it

When I eat fruit I also tend to drink alot of water so that helps fill me up but I agree fruit alone doesn't fill me up
