How much would you give the travel agent?

I think I asked this once before but couldn't find it.

The TA we used to book our trip was fantastic. Plus he saved us a LOT of money ( a few thousand dollars )
He is also a friend of the family

so when I go pay off the balance of our trip ( Next week ) I would like to bring him a GC to a local restaurant that we know he likes.

How much do you think I should give?
