OMG DH said the same exact thing last night! Yes Looper helped them put the final nail in the coffin!
He's a joke! DH was like "they should fire him at the end of the season"
I was like "they should kill him tonight!!!!!!!!"

Did you see his stats vs. lefties? I'm not sure if I would trust him as a setup man. Perhaps a righty specialist.

Then again it doesn't matter who we get. They could be the biggest stars and once they get to the mets, their career goes flop...LOL that's just what it seems like to me...for example: Beltran....I don't know if it was an adjustment thing with him. We'll see how he does next season....if he doesn't do any better then my theory is true...LOL LOL

I was so disgusted with them last night. I actually walked out of the room in the 10th when the bases were loaded. I have become my father and was yelling at the TV. I'm so disappointed because I had such high hopes for them this season.

I think Beltran has proven he's good at bunting runners over a base - like last night. He should be swinging for the alleys. I know what you mean about stars coming to the Mets and becoming flops, but I'm not ready to put him in the same category as Vaughn or Alomar just yet.

Like i said before we need to get rid of looper if we dont than we will keep on losing i dont understand why the coach keeps him its time to get rid of him. All I have to say is looper you stink i wanted to say something else but i dont want to get in trouble for saying it! maybe looper should play for a little league team maybe the kids can show him how to play baseball!

Well, it's sort of late in the year to find a replacement - this off season is another story though.

I think Willie did a good job. He just kind of messed up in the end. All I know is I was reading in the paper and it said something along the lines of how he would not abandon him as closer....I don't know if that meant until the end of the season or what....
He's got to go...of course if he were to go he'll do better somewhere else...LOL LOL LOL
That's what always happens when someone leaves the mets.
