I don't think any diet pill NOT prescribed by a doctor or approved by the FDA is safe.
For a while Stacker 2 was a "miracle product". Then they figured out it was killing people.
I just don't trust the diet pill industry with doing ethical research. No matter how "natural" it is.

I agree. Even some of the Dr recommended ones are bad news.

The FDA approved the first over the counter diet pill this week. The FDA regulates dietary supplements under a different (and more lenient) set of regulations than other food and drug products. Manufacturers can sell the supplements without getting FDA approval. Personally, I wouldn't trust any of the pills. There have been a lot of deaths allegedly caused by diet drugs.
