I was strong today...
Did not drink any "diet" soda today.
I cant believe it. So proud of myself.
I had a sprite with lunch and seltzer or water the rest of the day!
Hopefully I can keep this up!

oh you will :) I can not believe that the only drinks I have are sparkling water, club soda and water..! I used to live on soda...and hated water !
During O time though, I faithfully drink my 'vitality drink' from trader joe's. It's loaded with carrot juice and it helps my cm :)
