I heard last night on msnbc that she does have a will, he drew it up and supposedly is the beneficiary of it. But they also said, the same person cannot draw up the will, be the benefiary and the executor. So we shall see.

PULEEZE!!!!  I'm sorry but even if she did have a will that was completely legit it could be contested and overturned in a minute just based on Anna Nicole's mental state for the last how many years.
