Chicken Legs ...
I was going to make them last night but we went out. I want to make them today - to have tomorrow.
Any suggestions what to do with them? I don't have a lot of fresh ingredients on hand..!

Re: Chicken Legs ...
Do you have Italian Dressing in the house? You can marinate them n this and then throw them in the oven.
We marinated chicken in duck sauce last night - came out really yummy!

Re: Chicken Legs ...
I make a basting liquid of lemon juice, basil and olive oil (just a bit of olive oil) and I broil the chicken legs and baste them with the liquid!!
Yummy!!

Re: Chicken Legs ...
One of out favorite ways to have chicken on the bone is
Olive Oil Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder Onion (cut into chunks) Garlic Cloves (cut in half) Small Bag of Frozen Peas Sliced button Mushrooms A Couple of Potatoes cubed
Bake in a 375 degree oven until chicken is cooked through.
To heat up the next day: Heat in oven at 325 degrees. The last 2 minutes put under the broiler to crisp the skin.
