Well the beta results came back negative. At least now I know for sure and I can move on to the next cycle.

I just want to thank all of you for your support. I am glad that you gave me that extra encouragement to be more proactive and go for the beta today. Now I know and I am also going to talk to the dr. about the pre-AF spotting and find out if maybe I should have been on progesterone right away (if a progesterone deficiancy or LF defect is possible).

I'll be going in for day 3 blood/sono tomorrow and hoping to start another cycle.

I only had one mature follie last month and lots of small ones (I have PCOS). Do you think there could be cysts that would prevent me from starting?

Probably not...did you do injectables or just Clomid this past cycle?

I've had my fair share of clomid. I was off and on for about 16 months (1 chemical). Clomid worked for me on my 3rd try with my daughter, but not this time around.

I'm now on follistim with trigger.

After today's sono (which showed leftover cysts), I have to sit another month out. I'm thinking that I am going to move to IVF.
