Interactions, plant/animal life cycle,
one of my kids is doing something about lemons and electricity and another one is doing something with exercise and heart rate.
The old feeding the plant different liquids to see how they react is fun.
If you google science projects, you should get a ton of info.

I agree..search Google, there are tons of great sites.
I have had kids do the whole spectrum, but some are:
1.Which detergent works best?
2. Which decays a tooth fastest (varying liquids)?
3.Which type of wood burns fastest?
4. Which flame-resistant baby clothing resists burning best?
5. Which antacid works best (testing pH)?
6. Which type of ice cube melts fastest (varying liquids)?
