My neighbors left their dog out all day yesterday!
I am so mad!!!!!!
He is a little beagle. He actually ended up getting loose and my neighbors and I spent over an hr looking for him.
Finally he was found.

I have no idea. They are really strange!
Their dog got loose a couple of weeks ago and I brought it back to her and she just took the dog and went inside. No thank or anything. Plus he didn't have a collar. I knew it was their dog because I have seen it in the backyard.
The dog still doesn't even have a collar on!!!!!!!

I would keep him next time!
I have a neighbor whose mini pin gets out. When I return him, because he is running in the street where NOONE CAN EVEN SEE HIM (duh!!) she NEVER says thank you - she says oh I have 3 kids in the house and can't go running after the dog. Excuse me, then you should make sure your dog doesn't get out!! And appreciate that others try to save him!!

That's when I call the ASPCA or the Animal Police.
I have absolutely NO tolerance for people who are cruel to their animals.

Rudy loves to be outside though. He could live outside. BUT he is also 70 pounds and has a LOT of fur.

There are some people down the street from me and their Golden is ALWAYS out, I soooo want to call the ASPCA but am afraid cuz they will know it's me...I was just talking to their next door neighbor about it and we are fairly new to the block.

My neighbors leave their Rottie and Husky out ALL the time....whether it is 10 degrees or 100 degrees....the poor things sit on the porch freezing or sweating...I don't know what to do

PSA: If a neighbor leaves out their dog(s) all day they must have:
clean food
clean water
shelter with at least 3 sides
If the dog is not provided with these things the SPCA can be called and leave notice for cruelty on the owner's residence. They will usually follow-up at a random later date to see if changes have been made. If not the dog(s) can be taken into custody.
Of course if any dog is found to have more serious issues at the time of first investigation more serious action can be taken.

that's too long!!! My dog doesn't like to be outside at all, but does stay out longer in the snow, but NEVER all day. Is there even a warm place to sit/lay down? COuld you imagine laying on the ice?
