Need some puppy advice

I have 7 month puppy-I was having a hard time with her the first couple months-she was biting really bad!! I had her trained and she was doing ok-much better. Then right before I had her spayed she was great and right after-she wasnt biting and was a lot more well- behaved. But all of sudden like 5 weeks later she is terrible again-she has been biting again. She only really bites when I take something away from her that she is not suppose to have--shoes,trash etc... I have tried everything, I am all out of ideas!!!
I am very frustrated!!! Do you guys have any suggestions?? Could this be a phase??

You could spray bitter apple (you can get it any pet store) on your hands...most dogs hate the taste. What kind of dog is it? Large breeds (like my Golden) LOVE to chew so you have to provide lots of stuff for them to "teethe" on. We have a lot of chew bones around and also they sell these very long disgusting sticks called "bully sticks" at pet stores...those keep my Casey occupied for a while BUT I do not let her chew the whole thing at once bc it is not good for her stomach. You can also buy a rubber Kong and fill it with peanut butter than freeze it over night and let her lick it the next day.

Try the chew toys as MrsTC said - I also give Misty Chew Hooves, which stink but she absolutely loves them and walk around with them in her mouth all the time.
When you go to take something away, try holding the item with one hand and wrapping the other hand over the top of her muzzle and kind of pushing her top lips under her teeth - when she goes to bite you, she will bite down on herself and that should stop her.
You can also try kind of laying on top of her when you take the item away to establish dominance.
Her behavior is dominant behavior and you want to let her know that you are in charge and not her. Once you do that, the biting should stop.

I have all the chew toys you can imagine-bully sitcks,flossies,hooves,beef tubes,kong etc...Her toys can be all around and she will still go for things that she shouldnt have-she is a cockapoo :)

yes, I was told to even give a squirt in her mouth when she bites-well I did and she doesnt seem to mind it that much-I think I have to hire a second trainer-and plus she was doing AMAZing with her house training, she went twice in the house today-and both times were right when she came in from being outside :(

the vet told me the most humane way to break this habit is to literally get a grasp on her mouth and gently hold it shut with one hand, while crossing her front legs with the other hand. say "no no no no no" for like 10 seconds and let her go.

Trainer suggested bitter apple spray. I only used it a couple of times and IT WORKED!!! Next couple of time I just had to take out the bottle, he saw it and stopped right away...

I never need to use it any more.

She def doesnt like the bitter apple spray and she does run away when she sees the bottle sometimes-its like non stop lately- any trainers that specialize in biting??
