Out of all the diet plans out there...
I do have to say that Weight Watchers is the BEST there is!!! 
You don't have to eat all this nasty food, diet shakes, etc. You can eat what you like and still lose weight!

I have not felt deprived at all!! And I have never craved veggies so much in my life. I love checking off a box everytime I eat some.

I totally agree! I was just saying this yesterday. I have not felt guilty once and I am eating things that I never woulod have eaten before on other diets. I love it!

I also agree that weight watchers is the best diet plan...it teaches how to eat without giving up all kinds of foods
