Not true,
The Body goes the Danielynne's Guardian, and he makes the decision...
The Judge THINKS the body should be buried with her son..but its up to the Guardian.

I don't get this. She supposedly bought a plot next to her son's, to be buried in. SHouldn't that be enough of a sign that she wanted to be buried there?
