I have tried many workout DVD's (firm, cardio strip tease, etc) and always found that either they aggrevated neck or back injuries, or I lost interest. I have not done a good cardio workout in months and was a little nervous about getting back into it. I was at Target and I picked up Denise Austins Cardio Dance and Sculpt. It's a fun workout...I actually enjoyed it more then cardio striptease. I thought it was going to be super low impact, but it wasn't. It did not aggrevate anything, if anything I feel great, which is what a good cardio workout is supposed to do. It definitely made me burn calories. It also has a strength training segment.
