Back from Puerto Rico... with pics!
It was so nice to get away out of the snow... and get my tan back! 
We took JetBlue monday the 19th and we were the first flight out at 6:30am. We had no problems and boarded on time, but the cockpit door wouldn't lock so maintenance had to come on and finally fixed it after 45 mins. They made up time in the air though and we arrived on time in PR.
We stayed at the Intercontinental San Juan, which was really nice. We loved the pool area and swim up bar! The staff was really friendly and the food was great as well. But if anyone is thinking of going to Puerto Rico I would recommend the El San Juan hotel right next door (I'd recommend our hotel for the pool, but there was no entertainment and not enough restaurants, small casino too). We were over at the El San Juan casino every night and ate there twice as they have many more restaurants to choose from. It may be more pricey to stay there though.
It rained the first two days and the morning of the 3rd day so we were kinda getting bummed about that (everyone was saying how the weather is never like that this time of year), but the last 3 days were just gorgeous and HOT!
We went into Old San Juan twice and ate at El Jiberito the night before we were leaving. They had entertainment and THE best food... ham soup, rice & beans, sweet plantains, flan... everything was amazing and the waiters were so nice too. If we would have known about it earlier we would have eaten there more than once! It was recommended by one of the guys at our hotel.
We loved having the casinos to go to every night... we were kinda nervous b/c we both love gambling, but we got lucky and ended up coming home with $500 more than we went with.

That's awesome! I love Puerto Rico. Old San Juan is great. I also love Rincon on the west coast! Glad you had a great time.

Looks like you guys had a great time!!!
DH and I are going to PR in July. We will have to make plans to eat at EL Jiberito.
I hate when it rains but, at least the weather was nicer then here.
