Update on me
I had my 2 week followup today (from my laparoscopy) and Dr said I am healing well. He showed me pictures of my insides (gross!). I only have 1 ovary and 1 tube...the other ovary seems like it was present at one time, but is completely deflated and useless. He is sending me for genetic testing to see if something caused the ovary to deflate or was it always like that. He is not expecting to find anything wrong...but more precautionary. Potentially...the worst case scenario is that they would find that something caused it to deflate, so I would have to have it removed.
As for what to do next...he wanted to start convervative...but I asked him to be more agressive...I don't want to waste more time. So, I am going to start Lupron and Estrace to get my uterine lining up to 8 (with clomid and estract the best I got was 6) to help ensure there is something there for the egg to implant to. Then...I will start injectables...not sure which one repronex, bravelle, etc. I have to take the injection class for the Lupron first.

Thanks everyone. I haven't told DH yet 
He didn't come with me to the Dr.'s appointment...and his email at work is down...doesn't have a phone yet (new job) and he left his cell phone home today. 
Should make for interesting dinner conversation
