general make up Q- if you see a photo of a person
and you like it, can you tell from the pic the colors and technique used and recreate it on yourself.
I can't. I suck at it.

For the most part I can recreate a makeup look from just looking at a picture. I should have been a makeup artist.

Eyes...yes, I find them easy to recreate.
Foundation & shading is a whole different story.

I run into makeup issues where i feel no one gives me the "right" colors for my skin tone.
So, can I copy a photo, HELLS NO!

I can try to recreate it, but it may not look the same because we don't have the same eye shape, lip shape, etc. But I loooooove putting on makeup!!! When I'm bored I'll sit in front of my makeup mirror and play with different colors. I spend way too much money on makeup, and during the day I don't even wear that much!
