Synergy
Does anyone belong to Synergy Gym?? I was wondering if you like it, and if not what don't you like about it?? I was thinking about joining!

My bro goes there and has been for years.. no complaints, but my best friend works a XSport Fitness in Roosevelt field and the place is magnificent and I go there

I go there, I like it a lot. Its always clean, the machines are in good shape, no wait for the cardio equip.

I go to the Synergy in Farmingdale. I take private boxing lessons there. Its a great workout.

I go to the one in West Babylon. It's clean and you never really wait for the equipment. They don't have many hours for child care though, if that's a concern. The people who work there are very nice too.

The one in Massapequa is by Kohls, so I assume only during the holidays will the parking be a problem.........not sure about the Farmingdale location.

There is on street parking, but your right it sucks. There are 2 town parking lots. One on the north side of Hempstead and one on the south side. It's only a short walk to the gym from either.

There are no problems with parking during the holidays whatsoever :)
