Tell me how ww meeting go please..
Can someone tell me how a ww meeting goes. I am going for the first time tomorrow. DO they weigh you first? Before the meeting? Is it totally private or can others see your weight?
Do you try to wear something light? My friend wears the same outfit every week just to get an accurate number all the time. Anyone else do this?
How long is the meeting?? Do you have to talk at it??
I am nervous!

the only person that sees your is is the person the weighs u in. she'll say if u went up or down. then there's the meeting. its your choice if u want to stay. its not mandotary

At my meeting(stonybrook) they do not say anything and weigh in is totally private. Depending on the leader they may call on you but you can say(and i have said, I don't really want to talk)
