Has everyone been trying to conceive? People keep telling me to be patient but sometimes its so hard........

Since december of last year...we thought it would happen right away and that I would be preggo on our wedding day...we couldnt wait any longer.....didnt quite happen that way

dh and i have not had protected sex since we were married in july of 02. i started charting and doing opks every month in the summer of last year and finally talked to a doctor about it. turns out i had two blocked tubes, which were just successfully unclogged at stony brook hospital. i'm hoping that now that i've been successfully 'unclogged', I won't be ttc for much longer. in all honesty, i should've known to get checked out earlier than I did. 3 years is a long time. This long post is just a reminder to not wait longer than a year to get checked out by a RE if you are having trouble TTC. I hope you are never in that boat.
