chicken cutlet parm
how does everyone make it? i usually just fry up the chicken cutlet then broil until the cheese melts then pour the sauce over?
anyone have a more tasty version? maybe a baking version? TIA

To lighten it a bit I bake the cutlets & add the cheese & sauce once the chicken is cooked through.

i'm using thin cutlets..how long should i bake them? 15 20 minutes on 450? and then do you add the mozz and parm cheese and bake again?? TIA

i bake my cutlets inthe oven separate.
then i take them out and line them in a 9x9 baking dish and after each layer, i put sauce and cheese.
bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
YUM!

Bake for about 15min then add cheese & sauce and bake until the cheese is melted.
I always cheat & cut into the thickest cutlet before adding the cheese & sauce to make sure it's cooked through. Undercooked chicken is just too scary to me.
