I love the Couples chain in Jamaica! We have been to Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril, and loved them both.

Secrets in Punta Cana, DR
We also have been to Sandals in ST. Lucia, but I thought Secrets was nicer, the food just as good, and it was significantly cheaper.
ETS: I think Secrets may now be called Excellence resorts.

Im a big fan of Sandals, we have gone to St Lucia Regency and Jamaica Ocho RIos, not so crazy about Jamaica but LOVED St Lucia.

I have only been to one also and it was Dreams Cancun. The food was excellent and the resort is beautiful.

Royal Plantation in Ocho Rios-Jamaica. 5 Star all inclusive. It's under the Sandals name but doesn't operate like the rest. Most of the things you will have there are included but there are high end choices that are extra. By far the best all inclusive and every room is a suite. It's adults only I think with an age restriction of 16 and up. You won't see any real "deals" but for what you get it's worth it.
Great food, staff grounds, rooms and service. Beautiful..I highly recommend it.

Only been to one... Sandals Grande St. Lucian for our honeymoon and DH and I LOVED it.
We just booked next years' vacation at Beaches in Turk and Caicos.
