WW question
When my goal was to lose weight, I was allowed 20 points, but ate up to 25 when I was on the elliptical 5 days a week for an hour.
How many points am I allowed to maintain my weight?

if u went over your points for a day, u could use your flex points. you have 35 flex points a week. if you used 25 points for a day, that means u take 5 points away from the 35 flex points

If you were at 20 pts to lose, I think you can eat 22 pts to maintain. Not sure though.

I'm pretty sure it's 22 points a day to maintain, plus the 35 flex points. If you are still doing the elliptical for an hour each day, then you can add 2-3 points per day for that.
I would stay with the 25 a day and see if my weight maintained. If you continue to lose for a few weeks and you don't want to lose more, then up your points each day by 2 and see how it goes.

I am pretty sure WW says to kee upping it by 2 points until you are no longer losing.
I would say 25 should be good for you
