Anyone ever use these??
I have read about progesterone cream and bromelain.
I was wondering if anyone ever used either the cream or took the bromelain during the 2ww.
I figure if it won't hurt I may give them a try,

I've taken bromelain
Just make sure you take it on an empty stomach otherwise it will just help digest your food

I was advised to stear clear of any progesterone not rx from the doctor. I heard the amount in the over the counter forms are ineffective and impurities in them can be harmful. Sorry I have never heard of bromelain.

I've never heard of either of them so I can't help you, sorry. If you are not sure I would ask you Dr. before you use them
