I cheated and now I feel guilty!
Awww man!
I just cheated and I feel so GUILTY!!!!
I was starving so I made myself a ww bagel with cream cheese and jelly. Then I had to go on a eat a ton of better cheddars.
I was doing so well but was so hungry all day today. Oh well..tomorrow is a new day I guess.

That's the thing with WW (not sure if you're on it), but it's not considered cheating. Just count the pts and adjust for the rest of the day.
If you're not on WW...forget about it, move on...

Don't beat yourself up. It was one slip-up. Just accept it and move on. It happens. The important thing is to not decide "the hell with it now that I messed up once" because one slip up means nothing!!!!!!!!
