Can anyone reccommend a shake?
I want to start making a shake in the morning for breakfast. I don't usually like the taste of them, any yummy suggestions?

I just made one...ice, pineapple juice and mixed berries (thawed from a frozen bag)
SO yummy ! Only thing is the seed from the berried got stuck in my teeth

You can get this protien powder:
and mix it w/milk along with just about any fruit...I like it w/fresh bananas. Very yummy. Sometimes I also add benefiber flavorless powder to add fiber.

1 cup of chocolate soy milk
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 a banana
Great shake... I usually have it as a dessert, though!
