exercising schedule
I have 30 minutes on most days to exercise. I know I need to do cardio and weights, but I really like yoga. How would you split this up into a productive workout schedule? (I have a gym in my house, as well as, many yoga DVD's.)

Can you do Yoga 2x/week as something to look forward to, after making sure you get your cardio in? I do weights/cardio in the morning and yoga at night to unwind...but thats more than 30 min/day
