POLL: where would you rather go for a weekend getaway to celebrate your 1st wedding anniversary?
Ceasar's Palace in the Poconos
Foxwoods/Mystic Connecticut
Ocean City, MD (stay on boardwalk)
It will be the weekend of June 16th.
P.S. We are concerned about being bored. So we want a place with potentially a lot of things to see and do.

If you go to CT/Mystic- there is not a whole lot of things to do-
Foxwoods- which I personally, do not like
Mohegan I think is better-more fun-more things to do
Mystic- has some things to see- but you could do it in a day

If I were you I would go to MD
I like Ocean City- havent been in years though

Poconos- I havent been there in so long, I dont have a clue about it
Have you thought about:
NJ -Cape May or Atlantic City
MA- Cape Cod-love it there and maybe a day in Boston on the way there or home

Thanks for the suggestions. DH and I live in MD, so cape cod is far. Plus, I grew up in Boston, so I have been there a lot. We only went to Ocean City once, but we loved it. We had to only stay a day and cut our trip short because DH's uncle died 
I am thinking I would LOVE beachy, so maybe we'll go there.

That's okay. If you have any more suggestions for beachy, not too far, and lots to do, I would love to hear them.

If you go to Ocean City you can go to Atlantic City right...so you would have stuff to do if the weather wasn't optimal and for night things to do as well.

I highly recommend Baltimore...We went there a couple of summers ago & had a great time!
If not, Virigina Beach is a great place, Williamsburg, VA or Myrtle Beach

Virginia Beach sounds nice but Williamsburg/Jamestown is celebrating it's 400th anniversary (the Queen of England is coming soon from what I've heard).
