why are 100 calorie packs so popular?
why is 100 calories a magic number?
I ask, b/c I just ate a Hostess chocolate cupcake. a real one.
I bought the two pack, ate one, and put the other one away for another rainy day (or tomorrow, whichever comes first  )
one cupcake is about 175 calories. and it's visually pleasing, size wise (and we know how important that is.

b/c i think people feel like they are beign good. when, at work, i've seen people eat 3 or 4 bags of 100 calories a day. yeah, its 100 calories, per bag, not box.

For me it is easy portion control. There is no temptation because once the bag is done there is no more. Of course- if you go into another bag- that is another story

I think it's all about the portion control. The 3 mini cupcakes are always enough for me! A Hershey's 100 calorie chocolate bar is a great treat.

I try to stay away from them. They don't do anything for me. Yeah they taste good, but it always leaves me hungry or wanting more!

if you need dessert and don't care about the unhealthy ingredients, then I guess thay are fine, but I avoid them. If I am going to cheat, I am going to do it right!

Some of them satisfy me, like the doritos, or the teddy grahms. But the mini muffins, you get TWO!
