Question...
I have an OB appt. next week for an annual. AF is due the following week.
At that appt. is it to early for dr. to tell me if I am pg or not?
I said to dh wouldnt it be cool, I go for my annual & Dr. says to me "Do you think your pg?" or something along those lines. DH said "ask for a test while you are there".
I do think it would be to early though. What do you think?

It can't hurt to ask them to test, but if it's too early like Deb said - you may get a BFN from them.
I've always heard doctors offices use the very same pregnancy tests we do unless they take blood. Ladies - is that right? Maybe they can take blood to let you know?

I think it's too early, urine-wise, but I'm sure he it would come up with a blood sample.

When I went for my annual I told my dr. that I was in the end of the 2ww ( could be pg now) and he told me to come back if my period was late for a blood test.
It may be to early, but ask anyway and good luck!
