Chick lit mysteries
I LOVE Amanda Matetsky, and her Paige Turner series of mystery books. I'm looking for more girly mysteries. Has anyone read anything good lately? I'm looking for a series with a lot of books in them. Thanks!

Re: Chick lit mysteries
I've never read the author you mentioned. I'll have to check her books out.
For chick-lit mysteries I find Kyra Davis very funny! The 2 that I've read are Sex, Murder, and a Double Latte and Passion, Betrayal, and Killer Highlights .

Thanks! I'll try that. The book series I described takes place in 1955, and I love it!

Sue Grafton writes the Kinsey Milhone detective series...They are the "A is for Alibi" etc. books. Also Patricia Cornwall does some good mysteries.

Have you read the the Stephanie Plum mysteries by Janet Evanovich? They're up to book 13. I love them.
I also like the Goldie mystery series from Diane Mott Davidson. Goldie is a caterer in Colorado & each book includes some of her recipes.

I second the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich.
I also highly recommend the wedding planner mysteries by Laura Durham.

Re: Chick lit mysteries
Meg Cabot just wrote 2 chick lit mysteries. Size 12 is Not fat and Size 14 is Not Fat Either. I love Mega Cabot, so I'm sure these are worth reading.

Re: Chick lit mysteries
I too love chick lit mysteries - you should try the Blackbird Sisters books by Nancy Martin. I picked up the first one on vacation and could not put it down.
Here's a link to amazon (ignore the neg comment on the first page, the person obviously didnt know it was a chick lit book and not agatha christie :
How To Murder A Millionaire
I also read the Meg Cabot books and thought they were really good.
