I thought one of my demos went extremely well. I guess not...I got my letter in the mail today.

I am sorry!!! My school 2 years ago had 6 demos for one position. 5 in house and one out of. Only one got the job, not that the others weren't great but they hired within. (it was me BTW) LOL
I know 2 of the other girls who did demos and they were excellent but lucky for me I got the job, the other girl was hired this year.
