Help me Please find a job
I have to get out of the company that I work for. I have been here for almost 6 years and I have seen the company go from good to bad. I am tired with the way I get treated here. I finally got a promotion after 3 years of not getting one, and my new job is a nightmare. I have to Correct the work of a guy that is mad at me for getting a promotion and tries to make my life miserable on a day to day basis.
For what they pay here, I do not deserve this.
Here is what I am looking for:
I want to work in front of a Computer in an office environment. It can be a big company or a small company. I am not looking for Customer service. I am looking for a more technical position. I have a lot of hands on Computer experience. My job now revolves around researching products on the internet, Testing new software, using word excel and outlook. This is what I do on a day to day basis. I also have some experience in Quality Control. I have been doing this since november 2004. This is my new role at the company I work for.
I need Full medical, Dental, and eye coverage, 401k and I am also looking for a decent salary. You can FM me or post here and I will get back to you.

scott, have u ever heard of the company emc? its a technology company? i think u can google it, after u do let me know if this kind of company is something yu would want to work for.

Yeah well after speaking to a few people about real estate I decided against it. It is too much work for the little money you make.....And it takes way too long too get paid

I know the feeling - I too took the Real Estate Class and Test and now i am certified and really don't want much to do with it!!!

Right now they are only hiring for installation and for sales and I am not so technical that I can install the product and I am not the type of person that succeeds in sales. I will go back to the site in the future though

I didnt take the class or the test. Danielles aunt, who is an agent for the past 9 years told me to look into Appraisals and also Closings for a title company. She said there is good money in both jobs.

no no, i am asking in general if a different positiion there is something u would want, i ask b/c i recently acquired a contact there and he asked if i knew any1 who would wanna work there and hed take there resume in hand from me, for things opening up even..does other stuff interest u there?

Have you checked for positions with North Shore LIJ? they have alot of non-medical related positions, and the benefits are really good, and advancement opportunites. Just an idea

You have to be very careful with them! I worked for them for almost 7 years and they laid me off - with no warning (9 days before my wedding no less!).
