I am debating on wether to join ww online or just go to the meetings. Which would you suggest is better?

i would say the meetings.This way you are getting weighed in every week its good motivation if you have time to go.

I recommend the meetings also. There's more accountability getting on the scale at the center and the meeting really help you stay focused. And you also get a lot of great tips and meet some nice people.

I recommend the meetings as well. I have tried to do it alone and I have only been successful since I started attending the weekly meetings. On weekends where I have plans and have to miss - i feel it. I need that weekly motivation. It is important however to find a leader that you connect with.

If you have the time I would say go to the meetings. It helps you keep accountable and it also provides you with a support system. You also get a lot of good ideas from other members.

I don't know much about the WW online but it definitely helps to have some type of support system. I followed WW with my best friend (she went to the meetings in NJ and I did not). For me it worked fine. But I always weighed in the same day as her and we would call each other to share our progress. Plus, she was always recommending WW snacks to me that you can only buy through them.
