Most likely not because, if you ovulated 7 days prior to AF, you probably have luteal phase defect and the fertilized egg wouldn't be able to implant well. 7 days is a short luteal phase (progesterone supply never really increases as well as it should) (phase from O to AF) , it needs to be closer to 12-16 days.

However, if you aren't charting, or tracking ovulation....you probably aren't sure when you ovulated. Therefore, you could have ovulated earlier than you think and might have conceived.
