Anyone been? What is nearby? My friend and I were thking of doing a quick girlfriends getaway there - there's a spa package we found. Any thoughts? Or we were thinking of Philly or Hudson Valley region - any thoughts/recommendations?

I had my freshman year sorority formal there...
It's pretty close-- like 30 mins from Albany, so a 3.5 hour drive from LI.
That's all I got!

I have a friend from college who lives there. IMO there's not that much to see or do. Are you staying at the Equinox in Manchester? You can do some outlet shopping there.
