When you make a frittata...

what type of pan do you use? I want to make one but I know you have to transfer from stove to oven and I am not sure what type of pan is safe. thanks!!!!

my mom uses a cast iron skillet.

But i think as long as you have a skillet that is oven proof u are good

I use a non stick pan BUT it's the handle that has to handle the heat of the oven. So no plastic handles.

If you have plastic handles you can wrap them in aluminum foil and poof...they are oven safe! Chat Icon

But only up to 350 degrees or so ...

I use a cast iron skillet. I spray the skillet with cooking spray so the food doesn't stick to it.
