I'm STARVING!!!!!
I don't get it? This is what I ate this morning so far:
-Healthy bar (power energy bar) 2 sticks in one package (Peanut Butter flavored)
-Purple grapes, about 10
- Just had 1 slice of wheat bread, with Smuckers crunchy peanut butter, 1 tsp
But I'm STILL Hungry!!
HELPPP!! I don't want to make a mistake and eat something BAD What can I be doing wrong??

sounds like a lot of sugar/carbs and carbs only make me hungrier!
What was in the power bar? I bet lots of sugar or worse, high fructose corn syrup? Even when I eat a protien bar w/too much sugar, it doesn't help keep me statisfied.
What you ate wasn't bad, but it wasn't helping keeping you full.
These bfast foods really seem to curb my appetite until lunch:
egg whites on whole wheat toast (I add salt, pepper & ketchup) oatmeal w/a mashed banana or 1/2 scoop of protein powder apples
Some mornings I swear 1 apple can take me to lunch, but I also drink a large tea in the morning. They are the perfect food!
Really anything with enough fiber or protien to prevent your blood sugar from sinking too low, too fast should be a good bfast food as long as its not high in calories & fat!
