Re: Can someone post (WW related)
They changed it at the beginning of the year:
1. Are you: Female = 2 pts Male = 8 pts A Nursing Mom = 12 pts
2. How old are you: 17-26 = 4 pts 27-37 = 3 pts 38-47 = 2 pts 48-58 = 1 pt Over 58 = 0 pts
3. What do you weight? Enter the first 2 digits of your weight in pounds
4. How tall are you? Under 5'1" = 0 pts 5'1" - 5'10" = 1 pt Over 5'10" = 2 pts
5. Do you spend most of you day: (a) Sitting down = 0 pts (b) Occasionally sitting, but mostly standing (teacher, sales person) = 2 pt (c) Walking most of the time (waiter, mailman) = 4 pts (d) Doing physically hard work most of the time (construction, nurse, gardener) = 6 pts
Add up your score and that is the number of points you get for the day. As you lose weight, your number will decrease because of question # 3. The minimum number of points you are allowed to have is 18 and the max is 44. So if you add your score and it is 17, make it now 18.

Re: Can someone post (WW related)
Well, it used to be 150lbs and under = 20 pts
150-175 = 22 pts....
but now they have a whole thing where they calculate the points based on wht you do during the day. I don't think it changes it that much...but just wanted to give you a heads up.
