OMG Im so hungry!

My goal is not to eat anything after 8..

I probably sound like an annoying bird chirping in your ear, but eat the daily points alloted.
You aren't supposed to carry over daily points. The only "extra" points are the 35 flex points.

You aren't supposed to carry over daily points. The only "extra" points are the 35 flex points.



Ive done WW in the past (before DS so about 2-3 yrs ago) and I was always told to eat a min. of 18/ day if I wanted to carry my points over OR if I plain ol' didnt feel hungry enough to eat all my points that dayChat Icon

that isn't true in today's WW rules. You really should eat all your points allowence. You no longer can carry over points. That is what your extra 35 are for.
