For be the baby carrier. I know alot of people use them but it just wasnt for us. Used once and then put in the box in the back of the closet.
For my sister I think it would be her diaper genie since she only used it for a few months before getting sick of it and putting it in the attic.

I would have to also say baby carrier. We got the baby bjorn which holds up to 25 lbs. Well I was finally able to get my son into it...and hes 23 lbs...so I went and got the Playtex Hip Hugger carrier. It works sooooo much better!!
But I also heard the baby carriers are more ideal for when you have baby #2 cause you'll be so busy chasing baby #1!!

The bouncy seat for us! We never used it. He used his swing all the time! Or he napped in the pack-n-play.

Wow - most of the stuff people mentioned I love esp the carrier and bouncer and boppy (and I don't BF).
The only really thing that has been a waste for me was the additional headrests for the carrier/car seats. I used them but only because I had them not because I need them. And often I find I rip it out because it is in my way. And I got too many warm outifts - like buntings - I never used them because the baby is in the carrier with the bundle me so there was no need for the big warm bunting type outfits.

Personally I didnt get alot of use out of the dress like cotton gowns and we received sooo many of them.
I too use the front carrier all the time. We do lots of outside things, and the front carrier is great for taking him on hikes, or even to the stores when I know he'll like the mom contact time without mom having to hold him the whole time. It gives him a chance to see whats going on around him as well...
I prob. could have done without the Genie...we only use it for poop diapers now anyway (pee ones go in a diff. pail)

I love my boppy for nighttime nursing to prop her up. and I love my front carrier, especially because I have to keep up and have spare hands for my son too.
I could do without the Ocean Wonders Aquarium bouncer, its toooooo loud!! and my over the shoulder baby holder, I never really figured out how to use it correctly, I always felt like she was being suffocated in the thing

The aquarium swing. My daughter never liked being in her swing. The carrier was another waste. I never used it. I'd have to agree about the gowns. I got so many also and neer used them. The bouncy seat was a Godsend! Emily lived in that.

Totally the bouncy seat. So many mothers said I wouldn't be able to live without it. I think she was in it maybe 2x?

I would haveto say my baby carrier I never used that thing I still have it. My friend made me get it while I was prego she said she always used it when she went shopping instead of using the stroller or carriage.
My daughter loves her swing we have the ocean aquarium till this day she loves it. As well as the vibrating infant seat that converts in to a rocker she loves that as well.
