nails
can any recommend a product that helped grow out there nails..mine r awfula nd i bite them so i get wraps but its becoming so expensive, i was hoping to find something that will help me curb this awful habit and help my nails grow

i dont know about the biting
but if you want strong healthy nails take a biotin vitamin daily

yes - I'm taking this too (in addition to the Nail Tek)
and my hair and nails have never been healthier!!!
