I have no self control..
What do you do to motivate yourself not to eat everything in front of you?

My trouble is at night, usually, so if I am feeling very tempted, I brush and floss my teeth. I am usually too lazy to redo it if I eat something, so that usually stops me from snacking.
When I am at a party or somewhere out, I try to hold a drink - water, seltzer, coffee, something that keeps my hands full while I talk to people, so it would be hard to juggle a plate of food at the same time.

I'm no help...I have no self control....but what I try to do is when I have a party or somthing like that I'm good during the dinner part & def. go for dessert.

I actually have the party thing down, even going out to dinner I eat a healthy snack before I go out. I never go out really hungry, this way I order healthier and don't eat as much.

 I don't either. Since I am on WW, to help, I work OT everynight. then i go home and put myself to bed. I am so bad at justifing why I am sticking food in my mouth

I don't think I am overweight at all, but to me, I want to trim down.....so when he found out my weight I was embarassed. I have been good since. I know it's a number....but it's too high for me to have people know.
That was the final motivation I needed to get back on track!!!
