The dog around the corner from me has been barking since noon!!! That is 6 1/2 hours of barking torture... It's not like it is a small dog it is a pitbull....I don't get it! What is the deal.... This dog has gotten loose numerous times and it is not friendly...The neighbors and I have called the police, the animal shelter, told the owner and nothing has happened.....Soon I am going to be Elaine on Seinfeld and hire a kidnapper!!!!!!!!!!
